Few weeks before the one hundred years anniversary of the sparkling of the First World War, I went to Belgrade to write this report for the French-German magazine ParisBerlin.
Hosted by a friend near the station, I discovered for the first time the vibrant neighborhood of Savamala and got impressed by its energy and creativity. This post-industrial quartier on the banks of the Sava River is quickly becoming a young and sometimes hipster part of Belgrade.
